What time is the Check-in?

The check in is available from 1.00 p.m. until 9 p.m. Should your expected arrival be after this time please inform us in order to get organised and have one of our staff to welcome you upon your arrival in hotel.

What is the Check-Out time?

The Check-Out time is within 11.00 a.m.

Is it possible to arrive before 1.00 p.m. that is before the actual official Check-In time?

It is necessary to request the Early Check-In prior to your arrival in hotel. Once we confirm the requested availability you will be able to check-in from 8.00 a.m. onwards instead of 1.00 p.m. which is the official check-in time. The Early Check-in is available for only € 59,00 per room.

Is it possible to leave the hotel after 11.00 a.m. therefore request a Late Check-Out ?

It is necessary to request the Late Check-Out prior to your arrival in hotel. Once we confirm the requested availability you will be able to check-out until 4 p.m. instead of 11.00 a.m. which is the official check-out time. The Late Check-Out is available for only € 59,00 per room.  

How long does it take to reach the center of Pisogne on foot?

The shortcut enables you to reach the main square via the park in only 5 – 8 min walk. 

Is it possible to use the outdoor pool after the check out at 11.00 a.m.?

Of course, with a little extra of € 10,00 per person you will be able to access the pool until 4.00 p.m. of the departure day. Just let us know so that we can store your luggage in a safe place and give you a space where you can get changed.

Breakfast

What time do you serve breakfast?

We serve our delicious buffet style breakfast every day from 7.30 to 10.00am.

Is it possible to have the room service?

Sure you just need to inform us of the time that can be between 7.30 am and 10.00 am listing the type of food and drinks you would like us to bring to your room. Please note that there is small charge for the room service.

Is it possible to have an early or a late breakfast?

If your need is to have an early breakfast you can request a packed breakfast and collect it the evening before at reception.

Should you wish to postpone you breakfast you can either have a quick cappuccino and a croissant in our Lounge & Pool Bar or if you prefer you may request a packed breakfast the evening before at reception.

In both cases, please let us know the night before so that we may grant you an excellent service.

Do you serve food for guests with special diet requirements such as lactose free diet or coeliac guests?

Yes we do, we would like to recommend you to inform us prior to your arrival of any diet requirements you may need in order to offer you a reasonable choice of products for your breakfast.

Is it possible to enjoy your breakfast even if I do not stay in your hotel?

We will, be delighted to welcome you between 7.30 am and 10.00 am, just ask one of our staff who will show you to your seat and explain you everything about our delicious breakfast. If you happen to arrive after 10.00 am do not worry you will still be able to have a slice of our scrumptious homemade cakes or a croissant and a good cup of coffee.


Restaurant El Lac

What are the opening times of the restaurant El Lac?

The restaurant is open every day except on Wednesdays when we are closed.

Its opening times are: lunch from 12.00 to 14.30 and dinner from 19.00 to 22.30.

Do you ever close during the week?

The restaurant is closed on Wednesdays. If you are staying in the hotel on a Wednesday you may decide to have something from our reduced menu at the Lounge & Pool Bar or sample one of the many local restaurants in Pisogne or in other resorts around the lake. Should you wish us to book the table for you do not hesitate to ask reception we will be happy to help.

Is it possible to use the restaurant even if I do not stay in the Lake Hotel La Pieve?

Yes, we are open to external guests; to locals and visitors and to all of the people who want to sample great food with the view of the Lake Iseo. You can choose from our a la carte menu or try one of our offers.

Do I have to book the table for dinner or lunch?

We always recommend to book the table in advance since not only you avoid waits and ensure the availability of the table at the time you prefer but you also help us to welcome and serve you in the best possible way.

What kind of menus do you offer for lunch and dinner?

We offer the a la carte menu for both hotel and external guests.

Do your offer half board and full board options in your hotel?

For the time being we only serve dishes from our à la carte menu with an exclusive 10% discount for hotel guests. Full and half board are not provided, but we are sure that our à la carte menu can satisfy even the most demanding palates.

Is it possible to organise a wedding, business lunch, gala dinner or a party?

We will be delighted to help you choose from different type of welcome aperitif to be served in our secluded garden or in a private room, to offer you our expertise in choosing the right type of menu or the most suitable flowers and satisfy any other requirement you may have for your event of sure success.

Do you serve dishes for people who are intolerant to lactose, celiac or vegetarian?

We would like to recommend you to inform us at the time of booking on any diet requirements you may have in order to be able to give you a reasonable choice of dishes.


Lounge & Pool Bar

When is the Lounge & Pool Bar open?

We are open every day from 08.00 am to 9.00 pm.

Is is possible to have something to eat at the Lounge & Pool Bar?

Outside the opening times of the restaurant it is possible to eat one of chef’s petite delicacies choosing your favourite one from the Lounge & Pool bar menu.

Is it possible to use the bar’s services also in the garden and by the pool?

Sure, it is, we will be happy to serve you the snack or drink of your preference either in the pool area or garden or the lounge just ask one of our staff.

May I use the bar service even if I do not stay in the hotel?

Sure the bar is open to both hotel and external guests we will be happy to serve you the snack or drink of your choice in the bar or garden.

Is it possible to organise private aperitifs and appetizers?

We will be delighted to offer you our advice in choosing the right aperitif and appetizer to be served in the garden or in a reserved private room to grant you a memorable party or event.

Do you have special rates for business travellers?

Of course, you can request your corporate agreement. For our customers who return we have excellent business offers with discounted rates and many free services such as the tasty breakfast.

What is a business lunch?

It is a tailor-made working lunch that respects your requirements and budget. It may be served in our restaurant or in the meeting room.

Are there any discounts or special conditions for those who have a corporate agreement with your hotel?

No there is no further discount to the price of the menu requested but there is a special discount on the price of the meeting room hire. The price for the working lunch depends on the number of courses and type of food requested as well as whether or not the drinks are included. We usually give a wide choice of different menus from which to choose and it is the guest who decides on the basis of the budget and needs.

Are the Coffee breaks and business lunches or dinners included in the cost of the meeting room?

Coffee breaks and meals unless requested and paid for are not included in the price of the meeting room rental.

Is it possible to organise a cocktail party or an apero dinner, business lunch or a gala dinner only without renting the meeting room?

Is it possible to organise an event even if I am not a hotel guest?

Yes, it is, we will be happy to organise a tailor-made event even if you are not staying in our hotel.

Do you offer the baby-sitting service or children’s entertainment during the event?

Sure, it is one of the services we always recommend to guarantee a special day for both young and old.

Is the music included in the price?

The musical entertainment can be added as an extra service, it is not an integral part of the service unless requested.

Yes, it is, you can choose our Rovere meeting room which is also equipped with a bar corner to guarantee a complete service designed just for you.

Relax Path

Can I use the Relax Path even if I am not a hotel guest?

Sure you can, phone us or send us an e-mail to check the availability and costs.

Is the Relax Path free for hotel guests?

The Relax Path of 2 hrs is included only if you have booked directly with us either a package or a wellness offer or you have booked 2 or more nights, in that case you are entitled to one complimentary Relax Path of 2 hrs during your stay. If you wish to add on any additional Relax Paths of 2 hrs it is available from € 30,00 per person per Relax Path of 2 hrs. We recommend you to book in advance so that we can guarantee the availability.
The Wellness Path of 2 hrs (entry to the humid wellness area of about 65m2), comprise the use of the large whirlpool bath, emotional shower, Finish sauna, Turkish bath, ice waterfall, relax area with chromotherapy, fruit and herbal tea, Tenderly kit with bathrobe, towel and slippers.

Is the Salt Room included in the price of the Relax Path of 2 hrs?

The Salt Room, is a great remedy for the respiratory tract and for your skin it is available with a small supplement of only € 5,00 per person.

Are the children welcome in the Relax Path?

Our wellness centre is dedicated to adults only, children, given the spa services available, are not allowed in the Relax Path.

If I don’t book prior to arrival the Relax Path and massages can I book them upon my arrival in hotel?

It is possible to book the Relax Path or massages directly upon your arrival in hotel, but advance booking is highly recommended to have a greater chance of using the wellness area or any treatments at the time that better suits your needs.

Can I enter the wellness area of the Relax Path when whenever I want?

It is not possible to freely enter the wellness area, but it is necessary to book the Relax Path, by booking it directly with the hotel reception. The intimate and cosy wellness area is accessible in the same time slot for a maximum number of 6 people, therefore advance booking is highly recommended in order to take advantage of your preferred times. The time slots available are from 10 in the morning until the closing time.

Is it possible to purchase some services for a friend or relative in a form of a gift voucher?

Of course, we would like to inform you to visit the “Gift Ideas” section of our web site to choose one of the vouchers listed. If you need support in choosing your ideal gift voucher, call us we would be able to advise you or create the ideal tailor made solution for you.

How long can I stay in the Relax Path?

The duration of the Relax Path, is 2 hours. If you want to stay longer, you need to book an additional Relax Path of 2 hrs by booking with the hotel reception.

Do I need to bring anything with me for the use of the Relax Path?

To accesses the humid wellness area of the Relax Path it is necessary to have your own swim suit, the swimming cap whilst in the whirlpool bath. You can purchase the swimming cap in our wellness centre, or if you prefer, you can use the shower cap part of your bathroom courtesy set in your bedroom. Bathrobe, slippers and towel are provided free of charge.

Can I book the massages and beauty treatments even if I am not a hotel guest?

Do I need to bring anything in particular with me to do the treatment or massage?

No you do not need to bring anything with you unless you decide to purchase the Relax Path of two hours in that case you need your swimsuit, swimming cap and a shampoo if you are not staying with us and want to have a shower here in our wellness centre.
The swimming cap and shampoo can be purchased in the wellness centre whilst our Tenderly Kit with bathrobe, towel and slippers is available for free if the Relax Path is booked otherwise you can have the Tenderly Kit at the supplement of € 5,00 per person.


Gift vouchers

Can I take advantage of the vouchers even if I am not staying in the hotel?

Yes of course, you can purchase the voucher you like either on line or just give us a call we will be delighted to help you.

How can I purchase the voucher?

You can book directly on line following the instructions or by contacting us directly by phone or mail. And if you wish we will be happy to give you some advice.

Once I have purchased the voucher how do I use its services?

When you have decided the date and time when you would like to use it just give us a call a few days in advance to book; remember you will be asked for a copy of your voucher.

Is it possible to have an “open” voucher instead of a voucher with predefined services?

Certainly, it is sufficient to choose the My Gift Voucher among the three different values available among; € 400; € 300; € 200; € 100; € 50; € 25. The person receiving the gift will be able to choose the services they like the most, including overnight stays in a hotel or restaurant service or wellness centre services.

If My Gift Voucher does not fully cover the amount of the expenditure made, what do I do?

If the value of the voucher does not fully cover the expenditure made you can pay the difference when you give us your voucher.

Is it possible to get a tailor made voucher?

Sure it is, you will only need to tell us which services you want and your budget or in alternative you can purchase our My Gift Voucher choosing the worth value you prefer between the ones we offer.

Is it possible to give a holiday away?

Certainly, you can choose one of the My Gift vouchers available in different denominations from € 100 to € 400 or if you prefer contact us we would be happy to advise you and create the gift tailored for you.

Do I have to bring anything with me to take advantage of the purchased voucher?

Remember to bring the gift voucher with you, you must deliver it to the hotel reception upon your arrival. If you have a voucher with spa services such as the Wellness Path, you need to have your own swimsuit, bathing cap (mandatory in the whirlpool) and if you do not stay in a hotel bring the necessary for a shower. The shower cap and shampoo can also be purchased localy. The Tenderly Kit with bathrobe, bath towel and slippers is provided free of charge if you have a Relax Path as part of the booked services otherwise you can hire it at the cost of € 5,00 per person.

Do you offer parking at the premises?

Certainly we have a free outdoor parking in front of the hotel entrance and a garage which is available upon request and extra charge. If you are interested in our garage we recommend to book it in advance due to limited car spaces available.
